I have this feeling of emptiness and asking God when will be my "best man" come? Though I am praying of someone whom I wanted to be with but there is confusion. So I prayed and prayed to God to give me the man who loves Him first, the one whom He planned for me. Sometimes I didn't knew what exact sentences or words I asked God especially pertaining to my love life.

Last night after my prayer time I scanned my bible and read those verses with colors and lines I put years ago. And I asked God to lead me into a chapter or verses which will state 'a prayer' to lead me into the right man. As I went scanning and searched for it I reached the book of Proverbs. "Great", I said. I always loved to read book of proverbs because of beautiful messages and I almost put marks on it. hehe. :) My purposed of searching leads me into a greater understanding of having faith and trust. God did heard me. Mama Mary also guided my hands until I reached the last chapter of Proverbs whom they wanted me to understand that I should trust them.

"Be still", said the Lord.

Book of Proverbs. In the last chapter of the book I found these readings that stated, "How hard it is to find a capable wife? She is worth far more than Jewels! Her husband puts his confidence in her. And He will never be poor. As long as she lives, she does him good and never harm." Proverbs 31:10-12

Wow! Great is God. I was shocked of what I found and it was not a coincidence but it was His purposed. The reading of the book of Proverbs 31: 10 - 31 is entitled in my bible as "The Capable Wife".

I was shocked because I asked God to lead me into the prayer for my future husband but what He did was He wanted me to realized that I should be ready for it when it comes. ^_^ I read again the mentioned readings (http://www.catholic.org/bible/book.php?id=24&bible_chapter=31&submit=Go) and I realized that I should be strong enough to carry all the responsibilities as a wife. I learned that being a wife is not easy.

Read through it and you will find this.

"The Capable Wife"

Gets up before daylight to prepare food for her FAMILY...
Hardworking, strong and industrious...
Knows the value of everything she makes...
Generous to the poor and needy...
Doesn't worry when it snow because her family has warm clothing...
Strong and respected and not afraid of the future...
Speaks with a gentle wisdom..
Always busy and looks after her family's needs....
And more... :)

I always asked God and Mama Mary to give me a man that is worth it. He should be matured enough to handle responsibilities and God-loving.

Funny isn't it? Because God wanted me to realized that I should READY MYSELF too. :) I have to trust God that the best man for me will come soon. I will not ask for more but HAVE FAITH IN HIM. I will fix myself first with the help of God and Mama Mary and those in heaven.

Soon I am one of those "Capable Wife" and I honor those women who did good things for their family especially my grandmother and mother.
